ICR Group History

ICR Group Claims was created following the 1994 Northridge Earthquake from the parent company ICR Group, Inc. a general construction leader specializing in insurance restoration since 1980. The construction company was owned by Eric Braunsdorf when the general contractor met with the independent adjuster resolving complex earthquake claims. Years of construction experience merged with years of catastrophe claims handling resulting in the creation of ICR Group Claims. These principals of ICR Group Claims soon recognized they shared a common philosophy of promoting professional skill growth and responsible claims handling. Their quest to seek challenges and promote growth continues to guide the company two decades later. Today, ICR Group Claims provides a specialized team of independent adjusters whenever and wherever catastrophes occur.
