CAT Adjuster Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good communication skills, organizational ability, technical knowledge, and computer skills.
Special Requirements/Certifications/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Valid adjuster's license.
- Must be available for travel on short notice and remain on location for indefinite periods. Travel and living expenses are generally not covered while on assignment.
- Various tools such as a ladder, laptop, cell phone, digital camera, etc., are required and are the responsibility of the adjuster.
- Acceptable results on a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Ability to climb and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Licenses & Certifications recommended.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Proficiency in Xactimate software.
